A Message from
Katrina A. Evans

Women of Excellence exists to minister, encourage, uplift, assist, and support women who have experienced brokenness in many areas of their lives. This ministry was born from obedience to God. In 2020, God spoke this nonprofit to me. During that time, He also gave me the scripture Proverbs 31:10–31, which reflects the heart of Women of Excellence, a woman of noble character who is strong, resilient, compassionate, and purposeful. This passage reminds us that a woman’s worth is far greater than what she has endured; she is clothed with strength and dignity, walks in wisdom, and her life produces fruit that blesses others.

When God first gave me this vision, I told Him I didn’t know what I was doing, nor did I know how to minister to broken women, because I, myself, was broken. In response, He gave me two words: empathy and sympathy. He explained that through what I have endured, I would have empathy for the women I serve. And through what I have not endured, because of the heart and love He placed within me, I would have sympathy. Women of Excellence stands as a safe space where brokenness is met with compassion, healing is nurtured, and women are reminded of their God-given worth, strength, and purpose. With love and purpose, Katrina A. Evans Founder, Women of Excellence

Our Mission

Our mission is rooted in compassion, empathy, and faith reminding women that no matter their past, they are virtuous, valuable, and victorious.

Our Vision

We envision a world where women rise from brokenness into boldness, restored, healed, and empowered through compassion, empathy, and faith. A world where every woman, regardless of her past, fully embraces her identity as virtuous, valuable, and victorious.

Our vision is to cultivate safe, nurturing spaces where women are seen, heard, and uplifted; where healing replaces shame, purpose overcomes pain, and faith ignites transformation. We see women walking confidently in their God-given worth, equipped to rebuild their lives, strengthen their families, and impact their communities with dignity, resilience, and hope.
